The Founding of
TigerWork
The founder of TigerWork, Alex Ngan has a BFA Degree from Parsons School of
Design majoring in Ceramic Art. After graduated from college in 1996, he
had work and gained many experiences in the home industry and opens his
company name TigerWork construction in the summer of 2002. Construction can
be extremely involved, complex, time-consuming, expensive and most busy New
Yorkers simply don't have the time or the experience. Alex goal is
simple...to offer excellent service, good craftsmanship, and the lowest
price.
Our Approach
Availability
TigerWork office are open six days a week. Remodeling consultants, project
managers, chief installers and even the company’s executives are all
available by cell phone in case of an emergency. If you need rush service,
we can help you.
Rapid
Response
Because we are open six days a week, all inquiries are replied to either the
same day or within one business day. A remodeling consultant is usually
available for an in-home consultation within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll receive
a written project proposal within 3 business days of your initial
consultation (unless additional research is required.)
Warranty
TigerWork provides a two-year warranty on all our labor and a manufacturer's
warranty. We've worked hard to earn our reputation, so rest assured, should
issues or problems arise with your finished product, and we’ll handle them.

Your remodeling project will be conducted by highly experienced
professionals and many of them have over 5 years of work experience.

The
Remodeling Consultant
The remodeling consultant is essential to the success of your project. The
consultant will walk you through each step of production. Planning,
designing, budgeting, selecting materials, and providing technical
solutions, advise and answers to all your questions.
The
Project Manager
The project manager will be your
best friend and advocate. The product manager will be your contact person
during the construction phase of your renovation. The project manager is the
liaison between the trade professionals, the company and you. The product
manager will schedule, supervise, control and inspect the project in
addition to solving any issues that should arise.
Planning
Careful planning of each phase of your project is essential. Your remodeling
consultant and project manager plan your project so that materials are
delivered on time - and as needed - and technician arrive on schedule. Your
TigerWork team works hard to plan your project to meet your goals.

The key to the success of your project is good communication. And, a big
part of communication is listening. From the beginning of a project to its
end, the Tigerwork team places a high priority on listening - to you, your
needs and wishes – and on keeping the lines of communication open.
